Delete your Isaac Codex account

Permanently delete your account, chats, memories and uploaded images. This cannot be undone. Required payment and usage audit records are retained.

Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store settings to stop future renewals.

In the app, open Settings → Account & recovery → Delete account. This works for email, Apple, Google and guest accounts.

If you use Apple or Google without an email password, cannot sign in, or have a deletion question, email [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion”. We will verify ownership before deleting your account. Never send your password.
